We’re excited to share two important additions to the Readpeak team as we continue expanding our European presence.
Florian Jonathans joins as Business Director Benelux
As of 2 February, Florian Jonathans has joined Readpeak as Business Director Benelux. With more than ten years of experience in digital media and commercial strategy, Florian comes to us from RLVNT, where he served as Commercial Director.
In his new role, Florian will focus on further strengthening Readpeak’s position in the Netherlands and Belgium, working closely with Ernst Dirkzwager to support brands with international ambitions.
Florian on joining Readpeak:

Maximilian Fröhlich-Boyer appointed Business Director Austria
We’re also expanding our presence in Austria with the hire of Maximilian Fröhlich-Boyer as Business Director Austria.
Max brings strong experience from both the agency and tech sides of the industry. He previously served as Head of Partner Management at Content Garden Technologies, where he focused on strategic partnerships and product development with publishers and agencies. Before that, he worked as Client Service Director at UM Panmedia, developing digital marketing strategies for national and international brands.
In his new role, Max will be responsible for growing Readpeak’s market presence in Austria, increasing platform visibility, and strengthening our position on the buy-side.
